“So much so good about this hotel.
The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a beautiful room in the historic wing with a mountain view(they have a modern wing too).
The hotel is centrally located so lots of dining and shopping options.
Very close to the Boulder Theater
The only BIG negative is if you'd like to buy food or wine after 12ish, you are out of luck.
For guests they should have an option to buy wine or beer. We came back from a concert at the Boulder Theater and wanted a drink...
“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”
“I am very happy that I booked this accommodation. I really enjoyed the nature around the lodging and the room was lovely. It was nice to have a small kitchen in the room. The staff were very helpful and responsive. I was staying in a building with several units. In the future I would stay in an upstairs unit or a stand alone cottage. There was someone above me who walked very heavy on their feet. Saving grace was that we were on the same schedule. I would definitely stay at this place again,”

“What a wonderful place! From our wonderful experience at check in, to the amazing sleep we had. This place is great! We stayed in the king fireplace room and it was very nice. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, super clean and updated room and even a massage chair! The AC and ceiling fan kept us nice and cool all night. Very quiet area…we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the street. We will definitely be back! Top notch! ”

“This was our second stay at Cliff House. We love Manitou Springs! Quiet, quaint, great attractions. The food at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. Room coffee is even good! The Teddy Roosevelt room was spacious and had nice bath amenities, but we could have used some directions for the steam shower.
